Geneva Lake Cruises
For over a century, visitors have enjoyed gliding along Wisconsin’s
second largest (and second deepest) lake. You can set sail aboard a
historic reproduction of a steamboat and see the famous Mailboat
Tour. A mailperson delivers mail to lakefront residents by hopping
off the boat, dropping off and picking up mail from the pier’s
mailboxes, and jumping back on—all while the boat is still moving!
It’s a sight you won’t find anywhere else in the country.
Watson Wild West Museum
Immerse yourself in the Wild West, just a few minutes from the
hotel. There’s a general store with cowboy paraphernalia, a saloon
with old fashioned root beer and a chance to pan for gold. Open May
through October.
East Troy Electric Railroad
Visit the last original electric railroad in Wisconsin. There are
dining trips, exhibits and souvenirs available at this site, which
is open seasonally from May to October.
Sky Knights
Sky Dive at Sky Knights in East Troy!

renowned observatory, part of the University of Chicago’s Department
of Astronomy and Astrophysics.
Nature Areas
Explore Lake Geneva’s spectacular outdoors, ranging from
beaches to forests. Go birdwatching at Duck Lake Natural Area or
visit unique sights such as the Fontana Fen wetlands conservation
area, and the Prairie Restoration project at the Four Seasons Nature
Preserve. Kettle Moraine State Forest, a 2,000-acre park with 80
miles of trails, is popular with visitors and residents alike.
Enjoy bird watching and nature watching along part of the Southern Savannah Region of the Great Wisconsin Birding and Nature Trail. The following are links to trail information along with the numeric code used on the Great Wisconsin Birding and Nature Trail Map.
